The role offers $35.00–$45.00 per hour with weekly pay, an overnight schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00pm–4:00am), and a potential sign-on/retention bonus up to $5,500.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on automotive maintenance and repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to own and maintain personal tools and toolbox.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to meet physical demands of the role.
• Eligible for pre-employment screenings, including drug test and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light to medium duty fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards.
• Accurately document repairs and complete work orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and proper tool/equipment care.
