Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand a 12-hour shift and lift 10–50 lbs.
• Proficiency in reading specifications.
• General computer proficiency to improve production tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing orders and visually check parts for quality Standards.
• Use calipers and measuring tools to verify part accuracy.
• Operate fabrication equipment safely to keep production moving.
• Provide support in training new team members as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
