Qualifications

• Valid guard card required for Event Security; Event Staff will not need this license.
• Positive, friendly attitude with great customer service.
• Customer service experience required.
• Retail or greeter experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform duties in a professional manner.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Teamwork skills.
• Candidates must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Circulate among guests to preserve safety and provide assistance as needed.
• Welcome guests at events with a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Warn persons of rule infractions or violations.
• Escalate issues as needed to event supervisors.
• Positions require constant walking, climbing stairs, sitting, but is not limited to these functions.
