Job summary

Responsibilities

• Verify and optimize medication orders to ensure safe therapy.
• Prepare and oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding when needed.
• Respond to code and trauma situations in the ED promptly.
• Provide real-time drug information to physicians and nurses.
• Support antimicrobial stewardship initiatives in the department.
• Train staff on pharmacotherapy practices and safety protocols.
