Job summary

Qualifications

• PharmD degree and active pharmacist license in Texas.
• Experience in emergency department settings preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and manage high-acuity cases.

Responsibilities

• Verify and optimize medication orders in the ER.
• Prepare and oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding.
• Respond to code and trauma situations promptly.
• Provide real-time drug information to physicians and nurses.
• Support antimicrobial stewardship and contribute to quality initiatives.
