Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) is seeking an Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician for overnights in San Ramon, CA. You will work on the front lines of emergency care, handle cases from triage to critical care, and support doctors with diagnostics, anesthesia, and monitoring.

Ideal candidates have an AVMA‑accredited VT program and current state credentialing (CVT/RVT/LVT). Night shifts, weekend coverage, and a fast-paced team environment are involved.

Qualifikationen

• Empathetic, people-centered approach and strong communication.
• Calm under pressure; ready to lend a hand to colleagues.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
• Experience in emergency or specialty veterinary medicine is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing care, treatments, and emotional support from triage to discharge.
• Assist with diagnostics, anesthesia, monitoring, and critical care nursing.
• Perform IV management, CRIs, blood transfusions, and sample collection.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to keep care flowing smoothly.
• Maintain high standards of client communication and patient care.
