ChristianaCare's Wilmington Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department (Level III Trauma Center).

The 37-bed ED serves medical, cardiac and traumatic emergencies. It operates on a 72-hour per pay schedule, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with weekend and holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.
• At least one year of experience in a med/surgical unit or ED required.
• BLS required. ACLS strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Assess patient condition and implement care plans.
• Collaborate with trauma team and physicians.
• Document care and monitor patient outcomes.

Requirements:

Schedule: This position is 72 hour per pay, 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. This has a weekend and holiday requirement per company practice.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
