Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for smooth patient flow. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, BLS, CPI upon hire, and preferred hospital experience.

Formación

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• CPI certification required upon hire.
• Preferred hospital experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct patient care under the supervision of the registered nurse.
• Performs clinical job duties as outlined by departmental competency.
• Supports nursing and hospital administration by following established objectives, policies and procedures.
• Accurately documents patient-related tasks.
• Maintains professional knowledge and required certifications through growth and development.
• Adapts behavior to the patient population and communication style.
