Job summary

Avenues Home Care of Tennessee in Spring Hill, TN is seeking an Overnight Caregiver to support elderly and vulnerable clients during overnight hours. You will assist with ADLs, medication reminders, and provide companionship with compassion and integrity.

Shifts include 8, 10 and 12 hour overnight options with full-time, part-time or PRN availability. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Work requires good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs as specified in the client’s plan of care.
• Assist with medication, housekeeping, shopping, meals, transportation and companionship.
• Report daily activity to supervisor through management system and logs.
• Other duties as specified in the client’s plan of care.
• Maintain confidentiality of records and HIPAA compliance.
