Job summary

Avenues Home Care is seeking an Overnight Caregiver to support elderly and vulnerable clients in the Chattanooga area. You will perform ADLs, assist with medications, meal prep, errands, and provide companionship, reporting daily activities to your supervisor.

Must maintain safety, confidentiality, and comply with company policies. Shifts include Full Time and Part Time options (8/10/12 hour shifts; PRN and short shifts).

Qualifications

• Work requires good communication skills.
• Follow verbal and written assignments.
• Demonstrate proficiency with ClearCare patient management system.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs as per client plan of care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Assist with medication reminders, housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, transportation, companionship.
• Report daily activity to supervisor via agency system and logs.
• Adhere to safety and HIPAA policies and maintain confidentiality.
