Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is hiring an Overnight Direct Support Professional in Grand Forks, ND. This full-time role offers an 7 on/7 off schedule with a 9pm–8am shift, requiring a valid driver's license and a clean MVR.

You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting growth and independence. We value compassionate, patient caregivers who can build meaningful relationships and help participants achieve personal goals in daily

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Help participants participate in community activities and social events.
• Provide compassionate, patient, and reliable care aligned with Sevita's policies.
