The role also involves moving products from backrooms to sales floors, rotating inventory, and keeping aisles clear. It is a physically active, fast-paced position with varied shifts and safety-focused guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves on the sales floor and assist customers with questions or locating items.
• Move products from backroom to the sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Maintain clean aisles and organize stock areas.
• Handle freight, restock shelves, and reset displays as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and stocking processes.
• Operate warehouse equipment following training and safety guidelines.
• Support overnight prep like deliveries and store readiness for the next day.
