Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to deliver friendly customer service to travelers and maintain clean, stocked food service areas. You will handle payments, food prep, stocking, and a variety of duties to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, ensuring food safety, and supporting cross-selling efforts while upholding brand standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Interacting with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking and temperature checks.
• Assist with kitchen tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, safety requirements and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
