Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Full body mobility (bending, stooping, twisting, reaching).
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve target cases per hour as market standard.
• Check refrigeration hourly after closing person leaves.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of receiving area and back room.
• Organize overhead and inventory control per market standards.
• Maintain market cleanliness including floors, restrooms, parking lot, and perimeter.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and standards.
• Support and follow all company policies and sustainability programs and safety policies.
• Demonstrate service attitude to coworkers and customers.
• Operate within Company Core Values and Brand.
