Job summary

PF Management Group is seeking an Overnight Custodian to join the Planet Fitness team. You will ensure the cleanliness of all facility areas to provide a positive member experience and support operations during overnight hours.

The role requires night shift availability from 10:00pm to 6:00am, reliability, and the ability to handle custodial duties across restrooms, locker rooms, and gym spaces. High School diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Able to work overnight hours (10:00pm–6:00am).
• Punctuality and reliability required.
• Ability to work third shift.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floor.
• Properly dispose of trash.
• Stock locker rooms with supplies and paper products.
• Report broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
• Follow Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property promptly.

We are searching for an Overnight Custodian to join our team! As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment and gym floor.
• Properly dispose of trash.
• Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products.
• Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (Toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment etc.) to the Club Manager.
• Follow “Lost and Found Policy” and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Custodial experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work overnight hours (10:00pm to 6:00am).
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Ability to work third shift is a must.
• Honesty and exceptional work ethic.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift.
• Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift.
• Must be able to occasionally lift over 75 pounds.
• Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.
