Job summary

PF Management Group is seeking an Overnight Custodian to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all facility areas to ensure a positive member experience in Rock Springs, WY.

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, locker rooms, and gym areas, disposing of trash, restocking supplies, and reporting issues to the Club Manager. You will also follow the Lost and Found policy and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Custodial experience preferred.
• Must be able to work overnight hours (10:00pm to 6:00am).
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work third shift is a must.
• Honesty and exceptional work ethic.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.

As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floor.
• Properly dispose of trash.
• Stock locker rooms with proper supplies and paper products.
• Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.) to the Club Manager.
• Follow the Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager immediately.

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and walking during shift.

• Must be able to occasionally lift over 75 pounds.
• Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.
