Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring an Overnight Crew Member in Minnesota. You’ll work the 11 pm–4 am shift, engage with customers, and help with orders and food prep in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with a potential to earn up to $17 during overnight hours. Candidates must be 18+ and open to learning through Archways to Opportunity and on-the-job training.

• Overnight shift availability and willingness to work 11 pm–4 am.
