McDonald’s Corporation and McDonald’s USA, LLC is seeking team members for fast-paced roles at an independent franchisee-operated restaurant.

The position offers a flexible schedule, opportunities to work across front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and kitchen areas, with responsibilities ranging from guest interaction to maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. This role is vital in the restaurant because you’ll:

• Lead the guest experience: check in with guests and make sure their visit meets or exceeds their expectations

• Serve fresh food fast: prepare and present our food quickly, ensuring the best quality

• Provide the greatest guest experience: help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment

• Understand that teamwork is the key ingredient: together, we can achieve more when we work hand in hand to meet goals and have fun
