We are seeking a reliable and motivated Overnight Crew Member to join our Dunkin' team in Yonkers, NY. As an Overnight Crew Member, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is clean, stocked, and ready for customers each morning. This position requires working overnight hours and performing a variety of tasks to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and restock food and beverage items according to Dunkin' standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dunkin Overnight Crew Member or similar role preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts reliably.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee continuously is required to stand, talk, hear, and see. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
