Our line cooks support Pembroke Restaurant, our three-meal restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, In room dining, Doyle Bar, banquets and the team Cafe. Line cooks are responsible for preparing food items according to recipe and menu instruction, while maintaining a clean and neat environment.
