Responsibilities

• Handle and prepare high quality ingredients for use in the kitchen.
• Read Tickets and assemble our angus beef burgers and bag them up for the guest.
• Keep the Kitchen and Back of House clean and stocked.
• Communicate with the Kitchen crew about Prep needs and restock or prepare more as needed.
