Job summary

Haffner’s Overnight Store Associate is based in Massachusetts, working 10:00 PM–6:00 AM in a busy convenience store environment. You will deliver friendly service, maintain a clean, well-stocked store, and ensure safe, compliant operations during overnight hours.

Starting pay at $17.50 per hour with a $2.00 overnight differential and a $300 sign-on bonus, plus benefits including health, dental, and tuition reimbursement (full-time only) and employee discounts.

• Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to meet business needs.

Compensation
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications/. For the purpose of this role, the minimum salary opportunity is:
PAY- $17.50-$19.00 Per hour
