Royale Company staffs the front desks of luxury residential high-rises in Center City, Philadelphia. You will be the face of the building on a part-time overnight shift, greeting residents and guests, managing access, and maintaining a welcoming lobby environment.

The role requires reliable, punctual, professional attire and weekend/holiday availability. A background check is performed at our cost, with training provided for building software and processes.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, front desk, or similar roles.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards required by building client.
• Weekend and holiday availability, depending on shift.
• Background check required (at our cost).

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests and manage visitor access.
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor access.
• Keep the lobby and front desk organized and presentable.
• Monitor the entrance and report issues to management.
• Maintain records in the building software (training provided).
