Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking an Overnight Concierge to greet residents and prospects, create stellar first impressions, and personalize every interaction. You will solve problems, plan events, foster community, boost brand loyalty, and manage front desk operations, with weekend/evening shifts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hospitality or related fields, strong communication, and comfort with various software; physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Sharp professional appearance.
• Competent with various software, apps and computer programs.
• Eye for detail and a knack for anticipating a customer’s needs.
• A customer-focused mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Primary Responsibilities:

As the Overnight Concierge, you’re the first person prospects and residents meet when they come home. You take ownership and pride in creating stellar first impressions and building ongoing positive relationships. Your natural ability to strike up a conversation and make people feel “at home” is what enables you to excel. You enjoy personalizing every interaction. That’s why you know the names and favorite things of all of your customers (including the four-legged ones).

As an Overnight Concierge, your primary responsibilities include:

This position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

Salary Range

$43,680 — $45,000 USD
