Job summary

Benedictine in Minnesota is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team as CNA-NARs. You will provide compassionate, high-quality care and support residents with dignity and respect, while upholding choices within their lives.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, reporting condition changes to the RN or LPN, and charting in the POC system. A valid CNA registry, strong communication skills, and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
