Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc in Boca Raton seeks a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to lead overnight clinical care and protect resident safety. You will monitor resident health, supervise caregivers, and coordinate with physicians and families.

Formación

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes.
• Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies.
• Supervise caregivers and medication staff.
• Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments.
• Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts.
• Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families.
