Job summary

Bickford Senior Living seeks a Certified Caregiver to support residents with compassion, dignity, and daily living activities in our Champaign community. You will assist with ADLs, meals, and social engagement, following individual care plans to maintain residents' independence.

The role requires a CNA license in good standing, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to work across shifts. We offer benefits for full-time/part-time/PRN, daily pay options, PTO, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to take additional training or education as required by state.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident's daily life, including ADLs, meals, and social engagement.
• Appropriately communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident's needs change.
• Knowledge of how to approach and care for residents with dementia.
