Job summary

Schnucks in Webster Groves, MO is seeking a center store clerk who can work 10pm–6am with weekends required. The role offers 24+ hours per week and involves friendly, courteous service, stocking and rotating products in Dairy, Frozen, Non-Foods, and Grocery, processing deliveries, and reading shelf tags.

Training is provided at store level. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, working on feet for the shift, and occasional use of power lifts or balers in a cold environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job
• Stock, straighten and rotate product on shelves in Dairy, Frozen, Non-Foods., and Grocery Departments
• Process incoming product from our warehouse and direct store delivery vendors
• Read and understand shelf tags
• Sort damaged product for credit
• Operate a hand jack, power lift and cardboard baler
• Follow company safety guidelines when using cutters, power lifts, and baler
• Maintain cleanliness of shelves, displays, backroom, refrigerated cases, cooler and freezer
• Maintain company productivity standards
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management
