zTrip is seeking an Overnight CDL Shuttle Driver in Fort Collins to transport passengers safely on weekend evening routes (9:30 PM – 3:30 AM). This role offers consistent weekend hours, competitive pay, and a chance to serve the community with professional customer service.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, follow routes, maintain safety, and represent zTrip with integrity. CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement and a clean driving record are required.

Position Overview

As an Overnight CDL Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently along designated routes during late-night operating hours. You'll play an important role in ensuring passengers enjoy a comfortable and dependable transportation experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

This role offers a structured schedule, established routes, and the opportunity to work independently while representing a trusted transportation provider.

Key Responsibilities of an Overnight CDL Shuttle Driver:

Passenger Transportation

• Safely operate company shuttle vehicles in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Transport passengers along assigned routes and schedules.
• Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Assist passengers as needed while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment for every rider.

Route Operations

• Follow established routes and service schedules.
• Monitor road conditions and adjust as necessary within company guidelines.
• Communicate delays, incidents, or operational concerns to dispatch and management.
• Maintain route efficiency and service reliability throughout each shift.
• Adhere to all transportation regulations and operating procedures.

Vehicle Safety & Maintenance

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify and report maintenance needs or safety concerns.
• Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for service.
• Complete required inspection reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure vehicle equipment is functioning properly before service begins.

Customer Service

• Provide professional, courteous, and respectful service.
• Respond to passenger questions in a positive and helpful manner.
• Handle service-related concerns professionally.
• Represent zTrip with integrity and professionalism at all times.
• Promote a positive passenger experience throughout each trip.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with CDL and passenger transportation requirements.
• Practice defensive driving techniques at all times.
• Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns.
• Prioritize passenger and public safety during all operations.

Qualifications of an Overnight CDL Shuttle Driver:

Required

• Valid CDL Class B License or higher.
• Passenger (P) Endorsement required.

• Ability to work overnight weekend shifts.

Preferred

• Previous experience operating shuttle buses, transit vehicles, motor coaches, or passenger transportation vehicles.
