Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a driver to shuttle products and materials using a tractor-trailer. The role includes night hours (6 PM–6 AM), Sunday to Thursday, with an hourly pay of $30.75. You may be asked to run delivery routes as needed and must meet DOT and company safety standards.

Responsibilities include delivering trailers, communicating with dispatch and drivers, loading/unloading, and performing vehicle checks. A valid CDL and a solid driving history are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CDL for tractor trailer operation.
• Good driving record for past 39 months.
• Three months or more tractor trailer experience.
• Available for overnight shifts, weekends, layovers and holidays.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read/communicate in English sufficiently to converse with the public.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Drive truck to destination for delivery of trailer and product.
• Communicate with dispatch, supervisors and other drivers to ensure safe and on time arrivals at destinations.
• Load and unload trucks as required for returns, pick-ups and deliveries.
• Perform daily vehicle condition report on truck and/or trailer.
• Comply with company policies and D.O.T. regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
