Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking experienced CDL A drivers to travel along their assigned routes, packing, transporting, and disposing of waste in accordance with environmental policies. The role requires about one overnight per week, with some weekend trips, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualified candidates will have a valid CDL A, be at least 21 years old, and pass DOT physicals and background checks. Hazmat/Tanker endorsements are preferred and may be obtained after hire.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to travel with 1 overnight per week and occasional weekends.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred; must obtain after hire.
• Pass DOT physical, drug test, and DEA background check.

Responsibilities

• Travel to locations on your assigned route and dispose of waste per environmental policies.
• Pack, transport and properly dispose of waste material on routes.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT regulations during travel.
• Interact with customers and internal staff professionally.
