Qualifications

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of nine (9) years of experience as a commercial truck driver, preferably in line haul.
• In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company-owned tractor-trailers to transport wholesale goods on designated routes.
• Ensure loads are secured and handled with care to prevent damage and maintain product integrity.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Adhere to DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Maintain records of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle inspections.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery status and delays.
• Assist with minor vehicle troubleshooting and report maintenance needs.
