Sevita is seeking compassionate caregivers in Alvin, TX to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live more independently at home and in their community. You’ll support daily living, personal care, nutrition, budgeting, and exercise while building meaningful relationships with participants.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with 1 year history and no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Help participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Encourage participation in community activities and preferred activities.
• Build real, respectful relationships and trust with participants.
• Follow supervisor guidance to ensure safety and quality of care.
