Sevita is seeking a dedicated caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities at our Fort Worth, TX site. You will assist with personal care, help participants engage in community activities, and support their daily goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient care, reliable involvement, and collaboration with a supervisory team to promote independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a registered vehicle and proof of insurance.
