Job summary

FirstLight Home Care of Scranton is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in Scranton and surrounding areas.

You will offer companionship, help with daily activities, prepare meals, assist with grooming, and light housekeeping, while delivering safe, respectful, and personalized care. Training is provided, with a supportive franchisee team offering flexible schedules and opportunities for growth.

• Previous caregiving experience (preferred).
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care.
• Empathy, patience, kindness and respect.
• Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job.
