Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is looking for compassionate, driven caregivers to help clients live safely and independently at home. You will perform personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and companionship, using a care app to log visits.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year caregiving experience (CNA/HHA preferred). Valid work authorization, background checks, and CPR/First Aid are required or pursued. Bi-weekly pay and ongoing training are offered as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience in agency or senior living.
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and safety supervision.
• Offer companionship and monitor safety; use care app to clock in/out.
