Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing and dressing.
• Prepare nutritious meals.
• Ensure medications are taken to reduce hospital visits.
• Run errands as needed.
• Help with light housekeeping.
• Lead or support mental and physical exercises to improve health and reduce fall risk.
