Competenze

• Must have current Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration with the State of California.
• Cleared TB results and CPR/BLS Certification.
• Experience caring for seniors or disabled individuals.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and lifting.
