Executive Home Care of Manassas is seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical home care services to seniors and adults in their homes. The ideal candidate is reliable, patient, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours. Immediate openings available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, transfer, or assist clients as needed.
• Clear background check and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support).
• Monitor client safety throughout overnight hours.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Track and record care notes according to company standards.
• Communicate any changes in client condition to the office staff.
• Follow the care plan and maintain a clean, safe environment.
