Adultcare Assistance Homecare is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors maintain independence at home in Scottsdale, AZ. The role offers full-time or part-time shifts with competitive pay ranging from $17 to $20 per hour and paid training.

We provide support through 24/7 manager availability, onboarding assistance, and rewards for performance, helping you succeed in a caring, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with older adults and have a reliable car.
• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive clients to appointments, meetings or services.
• Assist with bathing and grooming to maintain dignity.
• Provide incontinence care as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to reduce client stress.
• Prepare meals to support health and wellbeing.
• Give medication reminders to help avoid hospital visits.
• Support safety during memory care activities.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises as prescribed.
