Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is seeking dependable overnight caregivers in Venice, FL to provide personalized, one-on-one care to seniors in their homes. Earn $17-$19 per hour with overnight shifts and flexible schedules based on client needs.

We welcome experienced caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and those with hands-on caregiving experience who do not require CNA/HHA certification. Join our supportive team for growth and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in hands-on caregiving preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and nighttime routines.
• Help with toileting and other personal care needs as required.
• Provide companionship and reassurance.
• Assist with repositioning and mobility when needed.
• Follow individualized plans of care.
• Monitor and communicate changes in client needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Provide dependable, attentive care throughout the overnight shift.
