• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Professional caregiving experience preferred.
• Able to work overnight shifts and stay awake throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bedtime and morning routines.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care as needed.
• Reposition clients according to care plan to prevent discomfort.
• Perform safety and wellness checks during the night.
• Respond promptly to client needs and emergencies.
• Document observations in real time and hand off to the next caregiver.
• Complete light housekeeping and meal/snack prep as required.
• Monitor client condition and report changes immediately.
