Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment in the client’s residence.
• Assist with personal care activities as outlined in the Plan of Care (hygiene, ambulation, exercise, eating, dressing, etc.).
• Provide nutritional support as needed.
• Report changes in the client’s condition to supervisor.
• Assist with medication self-administration under supervision and within policy.
