Job summary

Sevita is seeking compassionate direct care staff in Texas to assist participants with daily living, personal hygiene, and community participation. You’ll support individuals with developmental needs, help them achieve personal goals, and collaborate with a caring team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.

Responsibilities

• You’ll assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
