SYNERGY HomeCare of South Sarasota is seeking overnight caregivers to provide life-affirming home care with a compassionate, person-centered approach. You will support clients’ non-medical needs, assist with daily tasks, and maintain reliable, punctual shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Pass a level two background check
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Driver's license and own vehicle to drive clients

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
