Job summary

TLC Care Services is seeking an Overnight Caregiver to join our Hawaii-based team in Honokaa. You will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, taking medical histories, performing exams as needed, and helping develop treatment plans.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes, educate patients and families on wellness topics, and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• Education in caregiving or healthcare is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
