Job summary

ComForCare is currently seeking a caregiver to be available for overnight shifts between 8PM and 8AM in Harlingen, Texas. Our caregivers are the heart of what we do, delivering compassionate in-home care to help clients stay independent and at home.

You’ll assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, meal planning, and provide companionship and respite for families. A high school diploma or GED is required; CNA/HHA certification is a plus where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CNA or HHA certification is required where applicable for your location.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Previous caregiver experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

• Previous experience as a Caregiver in homes or senior communities is a bonus.
