Homewatch CareGivers in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Overnight In-Home Caregiver to provide compassionate, client-centered care in clients' homes during night hours. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, and safety while offering companionship and respectful support.

Ideal candidates are reliable, attentive, and comfortable with overnight shifts. A valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, and background check clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of in-home or skilled facility caregiving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care during overnight hours.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow each client’s care plan and procedures.
• Communicate changes in client condition to the office.

Role Overview:

As an Overnight In-Home Caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes during overnight hours. You’ll help ensure clients remain safe, comfortable, and well-supported while providing companionship and assistance with their individual needs.

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, attentive, compassionate, and comfortable providing care during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and respectful in-home care
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including walking, grooming, bathing, and toileting
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with repositioning and mobility as needed
• Monitor and communicate any changes in the client’s condition to the office
• Assist with nighttime routines and client needs
• Follow each client’s individualized care plan and company procedures
• Perform other caregiving duties as needed

Qualifications:

You’re a great fit if you have:

• Minimum one year of in-home or skilled facility caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license
• CPR & First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to meet quality standards of care and follow procedures
• Availability and willingness to work overnight shifts
