While overnight shifts are the primary purpose of this role, we have daytime shifts available for this role as well. What You’ll Do Overnight

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and repositioning during the night
• Monitor client well-being and ensure a secure environment
• Offer companionship and reassurance during overnight hoursAssist with light household tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for helping others
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• California Home Care Aide registration (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude
• Ability to work overnight shifts in Oakland, San Leandro, Castro Valley, Hayward, and/or Union City. Berkeley and the Tri‑Valley area are a plus.

Compensation

$20–$22 per hour
