Job summary

Visiting Angels Boise is seeking an Overnight Caregiver to support seniors in Boise and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate care, assist with ambulation, personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, while forming trusting relationships with clients.

We offer flexible shifts (FT/PT), weekly pay, bonuses up to $500 plus weekly bonuses, and benefits including health, dental and vision insurance. Training in dementia or Alzheimer's care is available to help you grow.

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist with ambulation and mobility

Overnight Caregiver Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients with routine exercises
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
• Do the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Overnight Caregiver Requirements
